§ 8-19. Adoption of the state fire code

There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire, hazardous materials or explosion that certain code and standards known as the Minnesota State Fire Code, along with all of the rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 299F.011 (referred to herein as the code and standards). Every part of the code and standards, including appendices and any amendments that may from time to time be adopted, is hereby adopted and made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein.
